What is one thing you love about being part of the Yale community?

Cheering on the football and basketball teams. I have known Coach Jones since I covered the men’s basketball beat as a YDN reporter and during my senior year I was a practice team player for the women’s varsity, so I feel a special connection to the basketball programs.

What was your favorite class in college?

During college, I really enjoyed CS 467 "Cryptography and Computer Security," taught by Michael Fischer. Since college, I've had the chance to audit "Detective Fiction from Poe to the Present," which was awesome since I love mystery novels.
